Actions, Decisions and Results Disclaimer
Planet Reimagine cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results with our ideas, information, tools, products, services or strategies. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, social media, products, services or any other platforms of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results. You are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your acknowledge of this content here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
 

Refunds
Refunds are NOT available for any of our products or services.

Release
In the event you have a dispute, you agree to release Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Heslin and Planet Reimagine from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected to such dispute.

Third Party Beneficiaries
Users herein acknowledge, understand and agree, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Terms, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.
 

Intellectual Property
You agree Planet Reimagine, including but not limited to our products, services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, education content, templates and the scripts and software used to deliver Planet Reimagine, contains proprietary information and material owned by Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin and protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
 

You agree you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of Planet Reimagine in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of Planet Reimagine may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin.

 

You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on Reimagine Monday in any manner, and you shall not exploit Planet Reimagine brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin, Planet Reimagine and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove or disable access to any of Planet Reimagine products, services, content or other materials that are a part of Planet Reimagine brand at any time without notice. In no event will Trie Angeleva/Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin or Planet Reimagine be liable for making these changes. Planet Reimagine so may impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Planet Reimagine services, in any case, and without notice or liability.

All copyrights of Planet Reimagine (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources and descriptions of those resources) are owned by Maria Katrien Angeleva Heslin, who reserves all rights in law and equity.
